Laughlin Properties is the oldest Real Estate Office in Laughlin, Nevada. Tom Patton, Broker of Laughlin Properties, came to Laughlin in February of 1983 to market Laughlin's only custom home sites. He liked the area so much that he decided to stay. He built a home here and he enjoys the river, lake, and the other recreational opportunities here.

Since we are the Oldest Real Estate Brokerage in Laughlin, we have watched and experienced the growth and changes that have occurred in Laughlin and it's surrounding areas. We know what's happened here, and we know what's Happening here.

Laughlin Properties is the only Real Estate Office in Laughlin that specializes in Raw Land, Commercial Properties, and Residential Properties. We are the Only Full Service Real Estate Office located on Laughlin's "Strip" (Casino Drive), the "Heart" of Laughlin's Casino area. We are located directly across the street from the Pioneer Hotel and Gambling Hall, in the Marks Plaza (main floor, behind the elevator).

We not only service Laughlin, Nevada, but also the Arizona side of the Colorado River Bullhead City, Arizona. In 1984, Laughlin Properties started the first comprehensive Property Management Company in Laughlin to service the needs of the Investors that purchased properties through us, as Investments. Since then, our Property Management Division has grown by leaps and bounds in just a few years. Even homeowners that don't utilize our Property Management services come to us for our Property Maintenance skills and services.
